For sale is my 2003 Sonic Blue Cobra coupe with 9,1XX miles. This is one of the cleanest Terminators I have seen and is essentially a flawless example. The car has been a California vehicle its entire life and the original owner had it until Nov of 2015 and 7,800 miles. The second California owner had the car just over one year and put less than 1,000 miles on it. I am now the third owner and am located in IL. I Have the names and contact info for both previous owners.

I am very familiar with these cars and the market as I have owned 3 pristine Terminators. My last two had under 5,000 miles and the condition of this SB is just as nice as my others. I am overly anal with my Cobras. I don’t race them or beat on them, they are used for short cruises around town and that is it. I put a towel down whenever I sit on the seat, and the car is quick detailed after every drive. This car also never leaves my sight and it is never parked anywhere or taken to stores. Reason for the sale is this is my third Terminator and as much as I want to relive the past, I simply have “lost that loving feeling” for these cars.

Mechanically the car is very sound. No squeaks, odd noises, no engine tick, stall issues, IRS thumb, it drives like a new car. The AC does need a recharge however.

The paint was ceramic coated and underwent a full correction prior to the application.

My nitpick items:

There is a small scratch on the front and rear bumper (about 1”) that was touched up by Ford just after delivery when the car had 2 miles (confirmed through the oasis report). It is not noticeable. The only true flaw in the paint is what appears to be some clear coat spider webbing about the size of a quarter near the passenger side heat extractor. It has not worsened and could probably be fixed as there is nothing wrong with the paint underneath. Again, not really noticeable but I am picky. The chin spoiler has a few scuffs but I purchased a brand new OEM spoiler from Tousley for $400 but have not installed it yet.

The rest of the car is flawless. Third brake light is perfect and there are no chips in the hood or front bumper. No front plate holes in the bumper either.

Interior is perfect with no wear on the seat bolsters or alcantera. No scratches on the trim, no stains on the carpet, nothing. Car smells like new.

I do have the original window sticker, most of the svt letters and the 2 signature svt certificate.

The car was modified by the original owner and I have almost every stock part that came off the car with exception of the satin wheels and OEM hood vents. I even have the original mounting hardware such as the nuts and bolts used to fasten the air intake and pulley cover etc. That is how picky I am. It can be easily be put back to stock if the new owner so desires. The car is not hacked or cut up, it has been done the right way or I would not have even considered it.

Mods are as follows:

Engine:
2.2KB 3.5" upper/stock lower 17lbs boost
Full set of Billet flow idler pulleys
JLT cold air intake
KB boost a pump
60 lb injectors
AFCO heat exchanger

Appearance:
MRT hood struts
Tinted windows
Short antenna
Chrome Cobra bumper inserts
Billet hood extractor vents
Cobra grill emblem
Terminator radiator cover
UPR clutch quadrant adjuster
Magnaflow catted X Borla stingers

Suspension:
H&R racing springs
Caster camber plates
Billetflow IRS brace
18" AFS wheels with brand new Toyo R888 in rear

Misc:
Tri ax shifter
Raptor shift light
A pillar gauges (narrow band)
Dealer installed alarm

The car was last tuned by Shaun at AED in California and put down 550/490 at 17lbs with the current 2.2 kb

$32,500 and I have the title in hand. If you don’t like the price, move on to the next mint SB coupe with under 10,000 miles. Please call me at 847-567-9857

Hey guys,

I bought Doms 04 Black Terminator about 6 years ago. This guy is literally the guy you want to buy from when your in the market for Flawless. When he says MINT it's the real deal. My cobra had 6400 miles on it when I purchased it, now with 9300. When it was first delivered to me, I was blown away of the condition. Its still the same flawless condition it was when I purchased it thanks to him taking the care of the vehicle when he did.

He's very up front and honest too. Great guy!
Glws Dom!

Dom has had some of the nicest Terminators that have ever been sold on this forum. I bought his second 04 which is a Black/Dark Charcoal car. It had about 4300 miles on it when I bought it back in 2014 and I have put less than 500 miles on it since then. The car was pristine when I received it and exactly the way Dom described it. I don't know how he finds these cars. If he says the car is mint, then the car is mint.

Dom! Sad to see you're selling it, wish I was in a position to buy back.

I am the second owner of this cobra and it truly is a mint, collectors car I could say. The paint on this car is to die for! Whoever jumps on this will truly not regret it. Very rarely do you even find them at this mileage/condition.

Car is in great shape, had it tuned by the one and only Shaun at AED. He gave it a clean bill bill of health. Any questions, I'd be happy to answer. Cheers and GLWS

Funny how small the terminator world is! I attended a few car shows with the second owner (Hi Paul, lol) and the car is amazing! Wish it was back in Cali, I'd be interested. In the market for now my 5th terminator... these cars are like coming back to your hometown, you always leave for bigger and better things, but often return...

I had no doubt it was going to sell fast, Dom. Stunning Terminator. And Sonic Blue paint, detailed like yours was, is spectacular. Especially under the lights at night. Marco paid top dollar for it, but IMO taking into consideration your attention to detail and care of the car, the mileage, and mods, and the overall condition made it worth what Marco paid. Well sold! Well bought!
