A car is worth what someone is willing to pay.

Good price is entirely subjective.

I happen to think that it is a good price, but someone else may not.

Is this car exactly what you were looking for? Are you willing to pass at the chance of owning this one and finding another one just like it, in as excellent of condition, at a later time for a few grand less?

It just all depends on you, Sir.

^ What he said...

Looks like it has the SVT/FRPP package. Get the VIN and pull up the sticker to tell you exactly what it has. I also think it's priced right all things considered.

Good Luck!

Take the VIN to a dealer. At this time , only a dealer can pull up and print a window sticker.

It's a good price from what I've seen just playin around.

Get that to $45 and it's a great price. I bet you can.

$45k would be a reasonable offer I think. Depending on build date, its a 4-5year old car. See what kbb and NADA say, also look for other 2013-2014 shwlbys and see what they are going for

I bet not. Unless the guy is desperate and needs a fire sale.

Thats an almost all option car, minus the glass roof and track pack. Its a 2 year only production run and MSRP'ed for mid 60's. Last year car too. Low miles and appears in mint shape / no mods / unmolested.

Kbb and nada are garbage when it comes to evaluating a specialty vehicle. This is not your granddaddy's buick regal.

I would not count on $45k sale unless the owner is cluless or desperate...

Good price. Good options and the color you want. A few grand either way when you're spending what you are is really not a big deal. BUy IT!

I know you're a dealer and this is just another story, but in my experience buying cars and SVT's (3 now) specifically, I tend to get about 10% off of asking price.

I can understand you relying on your experience, but in this case, that car would bring more than $45k at any auction.

Thanks for the input Fella's. I am going to hold off - this is the car I want but i really want the glass option.
Wait for exactly what you want, you'll enjoy it more in the end. I really wanted GB too, but found a good deal on the Kona Blue I ended up buying. I like the car & all, but I really do regret not holding out for my #1 choice of GB.

Good luck with your search. If you're limiting it to requiring a glass roof, they're going to be hard to find - 636 total glass roof cars in 2014 and only 31 in Grabber Blue (I'm one of the luck 31 :). Definitely an option to get if you can wait for the search!

OP, you're going to have a hard time finding exactly what you're looking for. The glass roof wasn't a popular option sales-wise. Not because people didn't like it, but because, IIRC, it was a pretty expensive option. Something like $1100 just for the roof.

Also, like others said, you're probably not going to be able to haggle down the price from a private seller, unless he's desperate to sell. So, if you find what you're looking for, be prepared to pay full asking price. If I ever sell my GT500, I'm selling it as is, with the mods. It's not going to be cheap, and I'm not going to negotiate.

$1,995 was the option at least on mine (2014). Considering how much the car stickered for and the other option costs, it's not too bad and a "must have" at least for me it was/is!

That GT-500 must have sold. No longer listed on the website.

A glass roof or panoramic sun roof is a must-have for me. My wife has it on her 2016 Hyundai Tucson and I have it on my 2016 Edge Sport. So nice to be open to the sky and it makes the interior feel more open.

I wanted one till I test drove one in summer down here. Even with the fabric shield, you could still feel the florida sun pierce through. Definitely a cool option though.
