I have one of those plug in anti-theft fob things that you could probably bypass with alligator clips. The install is clean but I've never taken the time to remove it.

That and Borla Quiets on a otherwise stock exhaust setup.

The problem is they are so easily moddable and easy to put back to stock. The number of cars that have had big blowers put on ran hard and then put back to stock is in the 100s. The number of times a see "found a stock Cobra with 60K miles" when actually it is "found an extrack car that had a 3.4L Whipple with 23psi and a lower pulley combo that was put back to stock before being sold." but the person selling that never says that.
This! And it happens a lot more frequently than people realize. POs de-mod and sell the mods separately for extra income, and then advertise their Cobra as being stock and often get more money for the claim. You absolutely have to track the history of a Terminator to be assured you're getting what is being advertised, especially when multiple Previous Owners are involved.

^^^ I don't ever plan on selling my coupe, but if I did I would probably have problems. I installed nitrous on my coupe. I ran it twice at the track on the juice, but smelt clutch so I stopped.

I ended up replacing my clutch and installed a 26 spline input shaft at the same time. I never went back to the track with the car and I never ran the car on nitrous again (Car has 3 tunes on a hand held: Stock, 93 octane and 93 octane plus NOS).

I removed the window switch (RPM regulator switch. NOS would not come on until car hit 3000 RPM) and installed it in my 65 Mustang. So essentially the system doesn't even work now.

However, I kept the switches inside the car and the solenoids and NOS bottle are still installed; all just for looks. Now, if I tell a potential buyer I only ran the car on nitrous twice and kept the set up for looks they would say I am full of S#!T. However, that's the truth.............

My 01 has a weird set up where a fob had to be held by a certain part of the dash before the car would start. It would beep then I could start the car. It sucked when I was in a hurry to get somewhere. But it was fun to tell people if they started it they could drive it.

I think this is going to be the winner, was doing some casual searching of course and I came across this. Can't believe it has 3,000 miles on it....I was cringing looking at these pictures.

LMAO!! ZY AND a Stalker body kit........ Yep, going to take a special person to buy that one.

In my center console, the drink holder has two holes in it. I can only assume it was a switch for nitrous, but I haven't seen any other evidence. Also, on the a-pillar, they used metal screws to secure the 3 gauge pod. Driving it around it would scrape on the metal and drove me crazy. The car was also lowered a pretty good bit at one point. Looks like they hit something with the rear bumper to where there is a slight bow, also the chin spoiler has seen better days. One owner before me eventually returned it to stock ride height. Someone also put resonators on it and claimed them to be cats... due to it being lowered, someone hit the resonator and split it wide open. Had an awesome exhaust leak when I got it!

Yep, that's where my switches are located. This is not mine, but my set up looks like this.

Went to install some extended ARP studs in the rear and found out it already had ARP studs but the PO hacksawed them off so he could use the factory lug nuts.
Went to swap mid pipes to smog the car and he ran the o2 sensor cross threaded.
Changed intakes and he used a coarse 1/4x20 bolt when it was a fine thread 1/4x28 on the maf housing.
Also found a Mexican peso and unlit cigarette under the seat...

I'm third owner of a bone stock 04 Cobra. The worst thing I think anyone did was to scrub bugs off the bumper with a Scotch Brite pad, lol. The seller even showed it to me. I just haven't gotten around to polishing those "smudges" out of the paint.
