I was wondering what was the exact size of the crank pulley on these cars that drives the GT500's blower?? And were there any over drive or under drive pulley's sold?
7.1" is the stock pulley diameter for the supercharger drive system. There are several aftermarket dampers sold in overdrive diameters. Even those that IW and ATI state are stock are overdriven. Ford didn't offer anything larger or smaller. The 2007 damper was just much heavier than those used in later models.
Also whats the redline/how much does the GT500 Rev up to? Also at what RPM does maximum boost come on and how does it rise with the stock pulley etc.
By the way, with the 7.1" Pulley and the 3.2" Stock M122H pulley(?) - that puts the m122H blower drive at the speeds of Engine RPM x 2.2 . Which I am thinking is beyond the recommended 14000RPM speeds of the M122H. I would say some of you guys are spinning them near or over 20,000 RPM's with 2.5" or smaller pulleys. Well done!
