It has maybe 5 miles on it.

Interested. I'm running Detroit Rockets which are Comp cut cans and a ported TVS. How would this help me? I hear that it helps with idleing right?

It could potentially help idling depending on how low your vacuum is at idle. Either way it's definitely a good idea to have one of these if you're running aftermarket cams.
