Will be in Casper WY for it. Riverton WY is the backup location if weather in Casper becomes a problem.

This morning on I-25. From South of Loveland, CO all the way to the Wyoming border bumper to bumper stop and go traffic. Where do these people think they are going to park. They won't even be able to get off of I-25.

Just not excited about it. So it gets a little dark for a few minutes. Big deal. And guess what?? It's cloudy and raining today in Vegas which happens like 5 times a year.

It's exciting if yer into this sort of thing. If you couldn't care less about astronomical events and space then it's no big deal. Stay home and ignore it.

Its not a huge deal, but it is a very rare sight. Something I'm happy just seeing pictures of on the internet. A 100% total eclipse is supposed to look very different from a 99% or less eclipse. I'm not interested in astronomy or star gazing or anything, but this is kinda neat.

We're in the 95% area, but it's pouring down rain outside.

All I can say about many out here is how the retard is strong in them. Being excited for an eclipse seems fine but some people are taking it well beyond rational. Is Christ returning or something? The news had to tell people that glasses are not needed for your pets. I think that says enough.

Well, your pets could go blind if they decide to stare at the sun during a partial eclipse. My great dane is going to be locked up inside during the eclipse so she doesn't freak out. She's a bit of a pansy lol.

Some Saudi prince rented a whole hotel out and a restaurant here in Casper. Flew everyone in yesterday.

I wasn't one of the people who was obsessed with the eclipse but was excited to see it being I didn't have to go anywhere to experience it. It was definitely one of the cooler things iv'e witnessed in person. Something you can't really describe or get the full context of with a picture.

I just saw the 100%. That is really crazy. even at 99.9% it's nothing too special. 100% though is pretty interesting

Turned out pretty neat. Dropped 20 degrees and got pitch black in about a 10 minutes.

I too was lucky enough to be in 100% totality here at work. I honestly didn't care about it, but man, that was one of the coolest things I think I will ever see.
