That first pic looks like it's from the "Cars" movie.
You can see the 96-98 Cobra hood on there, though I feel it got it's start on the old Grabber Mavericks.

I remember when that Mach 3 concept came out. It was on the cover of a few magazines, and the scale plastic model was available too.

That car is a monstrosity, but it was a precursor to the styling cues that would follow for the next 10+ years.

That '05 Lightning had Fords "supercooler" tech using the ac system......Coletti always WAY ahead of the game. Kind of like the super stallion running ethanol.

The Super Stallion was propane powered.

i remember standing there at sema, just staring at it. it was supposedly juuust about to come out. what a ****ing letdown  the "Adrenaline" they did release was a joke and quietly faded into the sunset. talk about vehicular blueballs

Absolute blue balls. "Bitch got out the car lookin more like Freddie Jackson!"

Is that real or just a one-off car built by a specialty shop for SEMA? That car would've been perfect for the guys who like monster sized Mustangs. They could've built that and made the Mustang smaller. Not to mention it would definitely steal some Challenger fans.

I'm not sure, but I agree it would have a good following

This one reminds me of the 6000 SUX

Oh man that's awesome. As soon as I read your post I was wondering why I didn't think of that

When I was a kid this thing was at the Toronto auto show. The show was closing for the night and I was so jacked to see it it person so I went under the velvete rope and was checking it out when for some reason, I played with the left driver side vent, opening and closing it until it fell into the dash. I heard it clunking all the way down the ventilation system like a plinko chip.
Sooo if anyone at ford wants to know where the vent is.... it's in the dash.
I hope that didn't cost too much to fix.

I had a model of this, not sure if I still have it somewhere but I swear I thought mine had a metal body
