That is awesome. Love it.
How tight was it getting the 5.8 in there? Any other custom work besides the AC plumbing?

Extremely tight. Literally just makes it. They make "kits" for the 5.4 swaps which we tried basing it off of but was no help. Completely different animal. Every part ordered was customized k-member. Steering shaft. Oil filter/cooler re locate. 3 days worth tunnel work, drive shaft, fuel lines. List goes on.

What are your plans for the fresh air system, any ideas on isolating the filter from the engine heat?

What are you going to do with the suspension to deal with all that weight on the front? Are you going to try to move any ballast to the rear? You might be able to move some coolant tanks to the trunk to get some weight over the rear wheels.

Just some stiffened up coil overs right now, felt pretty good on the small test ride. All the coolants tanks have been mounted up front already. As I get the rear end mini tubbed n shortened a bit. 6 point cage in and go from there.

I can't imagine it's that much heavier than the old iron block 302. But then by the time you add a supercharger and the supporting cooling system for the intercooler, it might tilt back in the other direction. If you had to remove a valve cover, would you have to pull the engine, or is there room for that?

I like it!

Badass swap but **** that blower. Needs a TVS or it will get drug by quite a few better set up cars. 4.0 whipple isn't effective on the street. All depends on what you want to do with it. Very nice swap.
