You are correct on the need of an adaptor. I did this conversion on a '12 GT500 and glad it was done. A few additional Ford parts (bolts and ring seal) are needed as well.

The price the OP has on the driveshaft is a very good price.

I think that's why it hasn't sold.... the conversion hub isn't easily available any longer.
