Having a little fun is what these events are all about, so why not have some friendly competition while we’re at it? Our very own Frederick White got behind the wheel of our (STOCK) 1320Video Yukon Denali and lined up against Street/Race Magazine’s very own Kevin Cox in his (MODIFIED) Ecoboost Turbo Ford Mustang! Tweaking the rules a little to keep it fair, they changed from a rolling start to a full on dig race, allowing 1500ft of the Caddo Mills airstrip to show which vehicle was more capable and we have to say we we’re a little surprised!

I'll never understand how ford replaced the 3.7 S197 V6 mustang that ran 13.7's with the ecoboost and v6 which both run low to mid 14's.

I'm actually a bit surprised the Denali ran that fast considering how big it is compared to the Ecoboost.

But but ecoboost, tune it and it will outrun anything on the road.

the car's gained weight but power didnt change enough.

I don't think the EB or V6 gained enough to knock over half a second off the 1/4 mile times. Isn't the math usually 100lbs = a tenth of a second? They would have had to have gained 500-700lbs and I know it wasn't THAT dramatic, it was about 2-300 at most depending on trim level.

F**king hate 1320 instead of doing good old fashion vids about actual cool stuff its all about 2000hp Lambos and GTRs, this is a click bait title that was hardly a gap, then again they are idiots and still leave up the fake troll vid between the Lambo and Skyline that was staged. Also Cleetus is not funny whatsoever, can't stand tryhards.

Have to agree with this. I miss the days when the racing was about 4-600hp cars that most of us could afford and build. Now it's all $150,000+ cars and full on drag cars

I just get tired of all these Youtube personalities popping up...everyone and their brother is a professional car reviewer or vloger...(I feel gayer for even typing vloger...eww there it is again).
