Your idea of grilling is simple, like mine. Burgers (and hot dogs)! LOL. I like lean burgers cooked medium rare with crushed pepper to season, topped with a nice thick slice of garden tomato, Vidalia onion and lettuce. Yum! We're going to do some simple grilling when we get home from the shore this afternoon. Yum!
Nice! I got some left over grilled food from yesterday. (Steaks, Italian sausages and marinated chicken breasts.)
Can't wait till lunch time.

I normally do simple grilling Bob. Burgers topped with onion, lettuce, tomato, crispy jalapeños, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and a dab of Heinz 57.

I also do ribs going to do a rack today. I eventually wouldn't mind investing in a smoker something cheaper to start with and see how I do with that.

Hope everyone is doing some grilling today. I'm doing ribs tonight.

I will post pics of the finished product. FWIW think I need a bigger Egg|Kamado Joe. Sams club has knockoff that is much bigger for 600-700 bucks.

Mine won't count, should post in Tony's what's for dinner thread. Doing a seafood boil with crap, shrimp, sausage, red potatoes and corn. I can throw it on the grill last minute to comply.

sounds good! I did a shrimp, corn, potato boil a few weeks ago on a neighbor. He was tasty.

Sometimes I wish I had the XL egg. Large does job majority of the time, just struggle with a big turkey or brisket...oh well first world problems.

Either way just finished a small (7 lbs) pork butt and now smoking / cooking pork belly burnt ends.

You have an odd list of ingredients...

I didn't actually end up grilling much this weekend. Just pork loin, chicken, and hamburgers. I want to do some ribs this month though.

One of these days I want to get a large pellet grill in addition to my weber. Like a traeger or a rec-tec.

Here's a bunch of pics. First was my smoker working on the chicken thighs in one picture. Came out real good, nice and spicy. Not too smokey. Next time I'll crisp up the skin more. I also made the platform for the grills as you can see nasty grease stains on my new this year patio. ****ing kill me. I also got myself a Yeti cooler. Stupid amount of money. But man, I haven't added ice or anything since Saturday. And today after sitting out in direct sun since Saturday, the water and little bit of ice was still 36 degrees. The beers left in there ice cold. I'm just getting in to real BBQ, so as for a charcoal grill, all I have is that tiny table top grill. I cook food on it that cost more than the grill. Still comes out tasty as hell. I'll be getting myself a Weber Kettle sooner than later. Then I'll be saving up for the Weber Summit charcoal grill. Thing is sexy. Lastly some smoker porn. XXL Big Green Egg with a friggin $4200 price tag. Hard to tell the size in the pic. It was HUGE. Also my local hardware store is a platinum Traeger dealer. Nice set up in the store. The place is BBQ central. Pretty awesome to have within 15 min from my house. The store also had the Weber Summit grilling center, $2000 bucks. The quality of this grill is incredible. But once I saw the Summit without the table attached for less $$$, that drew my attention more. Enjoy, hope everyone's freedom day was amazing.
