My Trager is one of the best purchases I've ever made. You won't be disappointed

Oh and that meat market in Colorado was crazy. Never seen one like it every type of meat you want deer, moose, elk, buffalo more than I can remember.

Wife bought this for Christmas and it's my first smoker of any kind and it's been badass.

Still use this thing for a lot of cooks.

I'll have to try and remember to take pics but the booze kicks in, haha.

Father's Day weekend is brisket and pork ribs and going to try the 3-2-1 method with them on the smoker.

I grilled past weekend, but didn't take any photos.
Lots of food. Burgers, Italian sausages, sweet and spicy marinated chicken breast, and hotdogs. Enough for 2 days! lol

This was the first time I ever smoked anything. I followed Malcom Reeds recipe to a T. Using Killer Hogs rub and sauce. I do believe I used too much sugar and honey when I wrapped them up in foil. They came out amazing, just a little too sweet for my liking. Just like cars, I modded this with an extra seal on the door and I had the welder make a little rack for the cast iron skillet that I used for the wood tray. It smoked perfectly.

Here's the rack
