It's been a nice run! I've had an absolute blast with this car!

It's always hard to let go of something that has given you so much in life. The fun that you have had working on it, racing it, and most importantly hanging out with friends who enjoy cars as much as you do.
Hopefully you will continue to enjoy good health after the transplant!

Damn, it would have been great to accidentally run into you and your car once, I live between spring and tomball...closer to spring near 1960.

Hi Jimmy. I'm glad to hear that you are doing OK, but it's too bad that you no longer feel up to being owned by "The Car".
Will you still be helping out around here? I miss reading your oil forum thoughts and suggestions. And I will always remember your track videos.

That's a legit question, but I'm not going to lie, I really don't know.
Kevin 04 sleeper tuned it the time before last, and Justin from VMP tuned it at TWS that last time, not saying they would remember that stuff, but maybe data logs?
It has 60lb Dekas and stock PPRV delete pumps with a 40 amp KB boostapump including the wiring up grade for the FPDM. I don't think at this power level duty cycle should be much of an issue, at least not that I know of, it's only 557rwhp.

Sold and delivered this morning. #539 is on its way to it's new home in Alabama as I post this. Going to a great new owner and home!

End of an era for sure... I remember you always being knowledgeable and helpful. I am starting to think about letting my '03 go go to a new home. Next month will be 15 years since I picked it up new..... time fly's.
