I have a 07 GT 500 with the Fordracing tvs supercharger 2.59 pulley headers and a 65mm throttle body, I have 654 rwhp at 16lbs. of boost thinking about getting the 10% IW 60lb.injectors and a BP how much boost should I be getting.

Actually 12% more. For whatever reason, IW's 10% is a larger diameter than 7.81" (10%) at 7.95".
