Well you're right about the investment upfront. $6800 for a stage 2 with D1 head vs $7k for vmp.
But the Roush stage 2 is $6,200....
ugh I'm so lost on what to do lol

I will add that regardless of which power adder route you take that octane is everything. One car can kill the bottom end on a bad tank of 93. The next car is making 150whp more on pure e85/c85 with taking daily beatings.

Ordered my opg and crank gear kit last night. MMR has a sale on both this weekend.
I run 93 now on my tune.
I plan on doing an oil cooler later too.

So now I'm looking at
Procharger stage 2 w/ D1
Vs
VMP stage 2
Upgrading the Procharger the way I want means it's close in price to the vmp....

You said you wanted the VMP in your first post. Lots of people recommended it here. VMP has 6% off. What is the problem here?

...just trying to help you make it. I've been through it. Trust me. It took a lot of the fun out of it.

Thankfully for me a local shop offered free install on a Whipple S3 which put the price way below my other options due to the included tune, injectors, BAP. Only drawback was the 8 week backorder.

No matter the choice, you'll be intoxicated with the performance and it'll all be worth it.

Oh yeah, if you keep your 3.73, be prepared to lose 1 & 2 with a PD on (good) street tires. But 3rd is a hell of a ride!

Lol thanks! I will keep the 3.73 for now, see how they go.
its a difficult choice between PD and centri...

Food for thought. With the 3.73's my 1st and 2nd gears are useless with the Procharger, so PD or Centri you are gonna have traction issues. Either way the car will be an animal. Dont get hung up on the whole no torque down low thing with centris especially with 3.73s where you are into boost really quick.

Thanks for that!
Honestly I don't mind the car like it is in the lower rpms.
I've driven a cobra with pullied eaton and ridden in it with the Kenne bell.
Will a coyote feel similar?

You guys are freaking me out here. Whats wrong with 3.73's? Thats what mine came with too.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using the svtperformance.com mobile app

Nothing is wrong with them, if you have 3.31s you can just let the car eat, 3.73s not so much because you have to shift so fast. I'm in the process of building my rear, I have 3.73s and I'm going to 3.31s
