Seen it on the 'gram a few times and I love the color combo but the black will make it look that much better IMO.

I dig the car. You did a good job. I was looking at your mods. That 2.76 upper 4lb lower is very aggressive. That eaton is screaming for help lol. The tq will be high on the dyno but when you cruise around on the street, one hit, that blower will heat soak like a motha. e85 can help but I would drop to a 2lb lower. 2.76 4lb lower is 19lbs of boost.

Looks killer.
Going to look killer with the black changes as well. I agree that the black will make it look more aggressive.

Glad you got it running and got it back. Im a little over 2 years into my build and finding time to finish it is a challenge. While I may be a minority here, I just can't seem to love the light blue. In the end my opinion doesn't matter as long as you like it. Congrats!

I like what you did. I actually like the paint color, but the white on the hood I'm not so sure about. (If you like the white then keep it. Go with what YOU like.) . I would personally prefer black on the hood vs. white. Black would give it more of a mean edge. Here's a baby blue Charger with black stripes. Just a nicer combo IMO.

A 2.93 and a 4 is the sweet spot for a ported heaton.

Man that is a beautiful build and I'd like to see more pics. I love the stance and the color combo. It's different and it works. I don't get why the white is yellowing though. Congrats on a really nice job.

Thanks everyone! The 2.76 & 4lb combo only made 16lbs with my L/T's so it's not quite as aggressive as everyone thinks. Although that eaton will still heat soak like a mug anyway. I won't be keeping this setup for all that long since the plan is to go 2.9 whipple. I would like to get an e85 tune as soon as I get the car driving 100% (it sat for over a year, so it needs a few things) and that will help keep temps down some.

The white has grown on me quite a bit after cleaning it up and being around the car all the time again, but I still reallyyyy want to see how it will look with the black. Here are a couple under the hood shots that I have so far. It's nothing special, but I am obviously not finished with it yet lol. I will be doing carbon fiber hydro dipped valve covers with the Ford GT cop covers, black powder coated expansion tanks, and the whipple will be powder coated to match the color of the car. I can't wait to see it when it get's to that point. As for now though I haven't gotten it out to get more DSLR photos since these were taken. I'm currently working on trying to find a vacuum leak that is causing my idle to hang so it's annoying as hell to drive right now lol.

you are still spinning your blower at x amount of rpms with that pulley combo. A 2.76 upper alone will make you reach 14-15lbs. No idea how you dropped it down to 16 even with long tubes.

These are the pulley combos I had with my eaton ovr the past 14 yrs of owning my cobra. 3.10, 2.93, 2.80, 2.80 2lb lower, 2.80 4lb lower, 2.93 4lb lower. The best combos I found for these eatons was when I dropped the boost back down. including better top end. 2.80 2lb and the 2.93 4lb lower. both made 16-17lbs. Your car is still awesome. Get the 2.9 whipple, e85 and let it eat.

I love that color. Maybe a black and white combo.....white trim stripes on the side, black main stripe on the side, black hood accent, white wheels with black centers or black wheels with white center cap. I'd also go with the 03-04 cobra mirrors in body color as well.
