Replace my thermal snap disc and spade connectors on my Masterbuilt 40" Electric Smoker and got it working like new and smoked these baby back ribs....delicious!

A week ago I smoked these boneless, skinless chicken breast using some apple and cherry wood chips.

As of right now I'm smoking a brisket that I started at 6:15am today. Looking forward to it later on!

umm if you guys want I can make sure all your bbq is up to snuff by sending a small sample of your dish to Toronto Ohio......lol
killer looking dishes though guys. my wife's cousin bought some giant pellet fed smoker last year and has went from 2 electrics to 2 chips to finally the pellet fed. He insists it's the easiest way to duplicate your bbq.

I just load the wood chip tray in my Masterbuilt and walk away. Of course I do load it about every hour for the first 5 hours to get the smoke in. I didn't want to spend $300-400 on an electric smoker, so I took mine apart and found the problem with help of others on smokingmeat forums. Spent maybe $30 and got it running.
