I don't have a lot of specifics for what I'm looking at. Love the glass roof idea. Love a vert idea too. I'm open. Color wise, looking for white with blue, blue with white, black/grey, just no red.

Willing to travel to purchase. Cash in hand.

I own a glass roof '14.
It's a rare and IMO by far the best option.
Between Recaros and a Glass Roof, you can't go wrong.
I'd recommend you hold out for a glass roof car, especially if you're open on colors.
Also, I'm not a red guy, but the Ruby Red optional tri-coat would be an except for me.
Good luck.

Good to know! I'm definitely not in a hurry, but ready to pull the trigger for the right car.

Glass roof it is.

I have a 2011 Shelby GT500 Convertible. With Electronics/Navigation and SVT Performance Package. Engine and computer are stock and unmodified. Garage kept, detailed and all the expected care that comes with a weekend driver. Off the road from Nov-Apr. Car has around 5,300 miles

I didn't care for the glass roof much when I was looking for my car, just so happened the one I bought had one. Funny enough, people comment more on the glass roof than any other option on the car. Kids absolutely love it as well.

Agree - the glass roof is a must have. The downside on the convetible was that you could not get both the track pack and performance pack. You get both on a glass roof car, plus they are rare.

If history repeats itself, convertibles will have a much higher future resale value compared to a coupe. Just look at the price difference of a 68 - 70 GT500 vert vs. a coupe. If you look at production figures, you'll discover both the classic and modern GT500 verts were produced in much lower quantities compared to coupes. The convertible option alone costs 5k. Just food for thought...

I have a 2013 red candy glass roof, Recaro, track pack performance pack car. Tastefully modified making 730rwhp, and a lot of carbon fiber additions. I would sell it for the right price if it's something your after. The car is Mint with under 20,000 miles.
