Aren't the chargers suppose to be faster than the challengers? Good runs

Pretty evenly matched cars... in a straight line anyway. But nicely done by the ZL1 driver in keeping up or beating the HC even with a manual trans.

Yeah, definitely wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting the Hellcat to pull a little, especially against a manual. I guess not.
Nice runs though. Both cars are awesome.
Ford,..........please build us a monster GT500!

That's why GT500 guys are so slow...

Using 3 pedals in a roll race..,

No excuses here, as I acknowledge Ford has the slowest quarter mile car of the big 3 (how quickly most of us knew that would change)...

but I still wonder what the 13/14s would do with next years A10, and no other changes.

Oh well right, that's what the internet is for.

Why are you guys shocked that a manual beat an automatic? If the manual driver knows how to shift, there's no reason for it not to in this scenario. The scenario being that the Charger is way heavier than the ZL1, and they're roll racing. As much praise as a lot of you give automatics, realistically their only acceleration advantage is from a dead stop or on the bottom end of the speedometer (0-35 MPH). If you get the jump down there, the other car is always going to have a hard time making up ground.

LMFAO. You're clueless. Try racing a GT-R or an F10 M5 with a similarly powered car and let me know how that works out for ya roll racing...

I will, if I ever get the opportunity. Wish I knew what was so hilarious, though...
