Yes!

Are they complete with tracks

I don't know what tracks are. They are bolt in seats - so they are unbolted and pulled out of the car. The seat tracks on the floor of the car? No - I don't have those. Those are not part of the seats those are a separate item all together.

I drive a truck and can get a load bolt in is what I meant with all sensors plug and play their is a truck stop about 25 miles from you

yeah if i were going to ship it i would bolt it into a pallet and then wrap the seats
