Is the other car the 05' Coyote swap car or do you have another one?

Are you guys usually class 4 or 5? Class 5 at Watkins wasn't that big but had a fair amount of time gap between the first and last cars in the class. We were class 4 but probably right on the bubble to being bumped to 5. If we were bumped to 5 we would have been at the back of the class time wise and almost 10 seconds gap between the fastest car and us.

Another one, Bought it as a roller from Dean Martin. Its an old Grand am Fr500C chassis.

Well I think from this point on the Boss 302R will be in 5, In Road Atlanta we were in 5, We were the slowest lap time in the class but still came in 2nd overall.

Man two awesome cars right there! Are you running the 5.0 cammer in the FR500 car?

If you need parts for either of those cars my buddy that I crewed for probably has a lot of them he'd sell. He's still got either a brand new FR500 or Boss 302R (can't remember) roller that he's looking to sell also. He has been building some restomods with spare drivelines and suspension. He built a Comet with the spare Cobra R race car driveline and suspension, a 57' 2 door Ford with the 03' Cobra race car driveline and suspension and is currently building a 56' ford pickup with the FR500C race car driveline and suspension.

I am Eric's father and every now and again come across this thread. It deserves a conclusion, so here goes:

Since the last post we have been busy endurance racing in AER, WRL, SCCA, ChampCar and Gridlife Time Attack. Eric has built 2 more S197 Mustangs and we have won in every series and beat every competitor. Our team BBY Racing had renters come from as far as New Zealand to race these American monsters. We have a 2 time Rolex 24hr winner as our co-driver since 2018 season. Our cars have track records at every track we raced with AER and WRL, and have won poles at every event since april 2018, 8 in all. During the last 3 seasons, we have 65% winning and 95% on podeum percentage in fields as large as 100 of the most developed amature endurance race cars. It has been an awesome ride - All this made possible and on the back of Eric Rockwell "The5"

If anyone is curious to see our successes, BBY Racing Facebook page is a great place to look.
BBY Racing

Now Eric is going to Dental School and we are ending our Mustang program under his supervision. It is ending on a high note with an overall win at NJMP.
We are looking either to sell the program or for someone to take on the responsibilities of prep, transport and race support in exchange for seat time.

To be clear we are not saying goodbye, but till we meet again.
