Hi.

Last year I ordered a set of fuelrails from Billet Proshop for my 2007 with a 2.8 Lc Kb blower, today my guys tried to install them, and the hose that goes from one side to the other is way to short. I called Billet proshop and they say that it should fit but no way how did you guys install yours?

Thanks

It appears that the KB manifold has some kind of outlet on the pass side rear. on my VMP it does not have that and it fits. Mine was rubbing the firewall more then I liked so I exchanged the 45 elbows for 90s. I think the BPS would send you a long piece of hose but do not know how it would go around that fitting on the manifold. Maybe someone with a KB can better explain.

Yeah you need a longer hose. The hose is fairly cheap. I went with the routing to the front and shorted myself a few inches so it's not routed quite how I'd like due to the same bypass inlet. Suggest you get a longer hose. Should be -8 an, summit carries it by the foot.

you have your LC lines hooked to the motor coolant right? How is it routed back into the system. I want to set mine up like that so I can run an ice tank.

The rear needs to be capped off and the line from the back of the driver side rail routed to the front of the passenger side rail. You'll need a 45 or 90 degree fitting out of the front of the passenger side rail. With Fore they use a 90 degree fitting specifically for the application.

The reason this may work on a TVS application is the bypass system is completely different and so is the blower mounting. The KB has a lower manifold discharge plate that bolts to the lower intake manifold. That's what some are seeing in these pics if you have not seen a KB install before.

What irritates me is that i specifily pointed it out that i was going to use this with the Kenne Bell.
