Best Street brake pads

Anyone have advise for the best brake pad replacement for the original pads ? I have a 2013 Vert and do not track the car but would like more brake response.

Well I have Carbotech ceramic pads and I like them a lot. I didn't reply because you asked for the 'best' and I can't say they are the best. I felt like there was more brake response but others have said the opposite. They have about 1/10th the brake dust compared to the stock pads. I haven't seen a go to choice for pads on the GT500.

Just had a set of Hawk ceramic pads installed. NO more brake dust, no more fade, stops much better. Very happy with these pads !!

Soon as I leave your Mom's house. Maybe people didn't answer because of the post on Friday and not seeing it. Weekend and all. Carbotech 1521 is what I have. Some swear by Autozone or is it Advance Auto Gold Ceramic. Google is your friend.

These work well and are low dust.

Porterfield Racing R4S brake pads. These have very very low dust as well and are noticeably touchier as far as braking than with the stock pads. A little more costly than the others mentioned in the thread, but figured I'd give my .02 cents

Porterfields are the best. Been using them since 2006
