Is that sub $6K complete plus install and tuned??? If so to bad your not closer me. After my discount through LMR or AM (I still have not decided who to purchase from) and with the purchase of a boost a pump, plugs dyno tune and doing the install myself with help from my buddy. I'll be into it for about $6800 total. I guess $6800 is not to bad for a TVS setup.

Installed, tuned, ready to go. Windstorm 2300TVS doesn't include the BAP, which for this blower isn't a requirement. But I'd be more than happy to get you a full quote! Please PM us so we can gather more info.

You should PM TRBO VNM for a TVS quote. His customer service is simply awesome and he is there to answer any and all questions, even after you buy it. It will take 2 minutes to PM him and you can thank me later.

Why do you think the factories do not use them over the twin screws? Could it be the reliability factor? Just do a search between the two.

For you to state I am lame and misinformed is further from the truth. I never said the Centrifugals are no good because the factories don't use them. You assumed that. My dyno guy (Pete Johnson of Performance Dyno) said he hates them. His exact words were, they are a pain in the ass to tune. My buddy one of the most knowledgeable mechanics when it comes to Mustangs and force induction that I know. Told me the factories do not use them for a reason. Those were not my words. Both those guy are professionals and I will listen them for sure. I wanted the V3 because I liked the look but after doing research and talking to some smart car guys. The TVS is the way to go.

As for the reliability of the centrifugal. I know a guy who put a Paxton 2200 on his 2013 it took 3 weeks of dyno trips to iron it out. It cost him $1600. So even if the centrifugal cost $2000 less. Chances are you will lose the savings getting it tuned.

Typical of a GT500 owner to start shit and insult someone. Then tell them how to save money on a build.

I got news for you...Your GT500 is nothing more than a Mustang with very expensive badging built side by side with all other Mustangs. You could have saved $15000 if you would have bought a base model 5.0 and modded the crap out of it.

Have a good day sir!

Mine didn't take long to tune at all, my entire install including dyno time cost, new o2 sensor purchase and install (one broke previously to taking my car in) was a few hundred short of 1600 lol. You need to find a tuner who knows all variants.

Here is my take on blowers. TVS has instant power, centrifugal needs rpms to build power, Whipple is between the two. You WILL need a high stall converter with a centrifugal and 2.9 Whipple. Just speaking from experience. I would go CPR single turbo if I had to do it all over again. BTW a Roush/VMP blower is easy to install.
