I have a very nice set of SW headers sitting here, wink wink....
Really though, headers would actually make the combo safer, otherwise I totally agree with you that you're at the limit on pump safety.

Very nice numbers. I have something along the same lines as your setup. I put the ported elbow and ported blower on over the winter. Should have numbers this coming weekend. Last run it made 708whp without the elbow and blower.

Yes headers would be better lower your psi and help it breath. That's why I asked if you had emission testing be tuff to pass with off road h or x pipe and headers I'd think. It's crazy how restricted the stock manifolds are and the weight of then too is surprising.

West Coast No Longer!
You've pieced together an impressive package there!
And adding hp without overwhelming the stock motor is a very smart way to get into the happy zone without breaking the bank.

Well here's the updated numbers from yesterday. It was in the mid 70 with high humidity. We did 726whp and 742 torque. Car never pulled timing and there's still room for more it looks like

Pic on dyno looks great.
How do you have the dyno graph?
If you have the actual printed sheet, take a pic with your phone and upload to sharing site like photobucket.
If it was sent to,your email, you should be able to save and modify file on your computer.
Gotta love the torque from the ported blower!
What fuel?

This is my dyno graph on my stock 2014 GT500 with 3800 miles on it. Only mod is a Corsa sport catback that was put in the morning of the dyno run.

These are SAE #s in 74 degree temps.

Thanks to Cushman Motorsports, Billet Pro Shop, and "back to stock" sales, I pieced together (what amounts to) a VMP STAGE 4 Power Pack (JLT 127mm CF CAI, CFM Twin Jet 67mm TB, VMP 2.4" Upper, 90mm Idler, BPS Oversized & Ported Plenum/Elbow, and NGK TR7-IX plugs). My friend, O.W. Kenobeno, kindly helped add the new hardware to the previously installed VMP Triple Pass-Dual Fan Heat Exchanger and Reische 170' Thermostat. Custom dyno tune by Elite Performance And Tuning in Littleton, CO produced 733 RWHP & 713 RWTQ on (91 octane) pump gas.

Finally received a copy of my dyno chart plotted against RPMs...

dyno shows stock, 91 octane (conservative tune because of california shit gas) and e85

Mods include 2.4 upper, JLT Cai, 67mm tb, id1050x injectors, o/r h-pipe, and jms bap.

^^ who tuned it? 2.4 is a lot of pulley for 91 octane garbage Ca gasoline.

I'd sprinkle in some torco every tank or pulley up, myself.
