Like I said enjoy your banned car and why you can't run it at any track in the US. Unless you dump another $5000 and cutting it up to qualify it.

1 Full welded interior cage.

2 push pull fuel cut off

3 fire suit/jacket helmet

4 fire extinguisher/ suppression system.

And a few other odds and ends I'm probably forgetting

I still stand by my 85% of these will never be on the road other than the odd car show here and there.
Who cares, the option is there for people who do want to drive it.

lol you're either bitter or jealous. Maybe both?

A full cage isnt 5k nor do they have to cut up the car. They have very clean cage installs on these cars. Also it's only banned at NHRA member tracks. There are plenty tracks that arent members of the nhra. Hell Scott Taylor from street outlaws has a track about 40 minutes from me. It's ANYTHING goes.

For those serious about racing the above items will not be a issue. You can already buy cages for the hellcat for $500. The aftermarket will probably have complete kits to easily make it NHRA ready for the consumers. For those that refuse to install the cage can just put it in power level one and run slightly over 10sec.

Insane that its warranty goes into drag racing it. Thats some serious commitment from Dodge and shows they really want the enthusiast to have these cars. I wonder if the warranty will stick with everything stock but adding slicks?

9.90 on 91 octane with the regular PCM and regular 315's up front. Nuts.

Bravo Dodge, bravo.

A front passenger seat, back seat, truck carpeting, and the Demon crate all for a dollar each?? Well, damn!

Are we sure it's an Eaton? The HC utilizes an IHI twin screw, and I'd image this is likely a larger version of that.
The hellcat and any other supercharged pony car are all using the 2.3 tvs from Eaton. They announced the demon to be equipped with a 2.7L supercharger. Eaton announced the 2.65L Eaton at PRI. I'm pretty sure Dodge is just rounding up as 2.7 sounds better than 2.65.

Be careful - @sleek98 doesnt believe anyone will actually get demons, they're merely a fantasy.

Hahahahahahahaha

Lol. I'm Saying everyone that orders one is not getting one. I.e. There will be more than 3,000 orders. Just like in 2015 people got their hellcat orders cancelled. Yes some got 2015 hellcats. But some had to reorder a 2016.

I'm hoping your just drunk cuz you can't be that stupid to understand what I'm saying. You seem like a decently smart guy.

And I won't ever see one on the street. Your in a much bigger city than me.

The banned at the track stuff is irrelevant to me. I've seen several street cars not rules complaint at my local track. Some times they let them run, sometimes they kick them out if they make a full pass again. They can just come back for the next test and tune and do it again. Good enough for me.

Looks like i was right it's a "killer chiller drag kit" like i have in my truck.

A dollar for the front seat?!?!?! Why not .99 cents!??!!? Fiat/Dodge just trying to steal all of our money!

I guess all the cost for those things are already built into the price of the car. Have to love a streetable version of the "Cobra Jet."

you are wrong..

The corvette Z06, camaro ZL1 and cadillac Cts-v have a 1.7L tvs.
The hellcat uses an IHI twinscrew supercharger of 2.4L
