Stock exhaust on a 2013?

Hi - I'm looking to buy a 2013 and it might have an aftermarket exhaust (not that it is a bad thing). Can you tell me if these came from the factory with Corsa? Here is a shot of the exhaust tips. What do you think?

You're looking @ a modded car, ask a million questions, if you can't / don't get all the right answers.................walk away.
If it's a dealership......get everything in writing, & you want contact info for whoever traded it in..

I have the straight thru Corsa Sports mufflers (stockers in basement) and that's what those look like. They do extend out about 1" further and the pipes are actually a bit larger than stock. They look like big gulp pipes from the rear, flow exhaust like crazy, no drone, not raspy with my H-Pipe LT's, surprisingly quiet at idle and cruise.... but ROAR when you stab it. Yeah...I love them !
