Hey Guys:

My girls a Telecommunications Recruiter now, and she asked if I knew a way to spread the word about potential openings she has. I figured I could post on the forum, and kill 2 birds with 1 stone : help her find candidates, and help the SVTP community.

I will update this thread as she sends me more potential leads. These jobs will be all over the US, so pay attention to location.

Email all resumes to my email : [email protected]

Thanks guys!

Agree with ^^^^.

I'm guessing she's already using the normal channels (LinkedIn, job boards, craigslist, etc)?

Post up the pay range. If it's minimum wage there might not be that many people willing to apply. Smart to at least list the location. People can at least research local costs of living if they were considering relocation.
I talked to a couple of IT folks that had not even bothered applying for a job here in Santa Monica once they found out it was only paying 112K to start. Can't even buy a condo around here for those wages.

Head hunting can be a rough gig in some cases. I get head hunted from time to time as my field is very specific but not very broad- Data & Catalog Analyst/Manager. It is a dog eat dog world. Best of luck to her
