Exactly why I put the "Glenns performance" option into the 95. Looks 100% correct (minus the SFI sticker), and it will never leak again. When the 2000 leaks, I'll do the same thing (hopefully glenns has one by then).

My 2000 R cell just started leaking. I called Glenn and will be sending him my cell for a new tank to be built. So I guess I will be one of the first. Will be sending it in the new few weeks. I will let everyone know when I get it back and reinstall.

Great news! Well not that your cell started leaking, but that the process is starting. I was so happy with the 95, when the 00 goes, will for sure do the same thing.

Thank you in advance for getting this going.

I called Glenn and will be sending him my cell for a new tank to be built.

Has anyone looked into getting new bladders made by a third party? My replacement is over 5 years old now, and I just cant see why the replacements are so high, other than a single supplier. I get it might not have a sticker, but if I have a fuel cell in the car, its there for a reason.

A fuel cell has a service life. It's not a question of if, it's a question of when it will leak. I wanted a permanent solution, that will not have to be revisited.

A fuel cell by design is for impact. When the tank is impacted, the flexible bladder will deform and be far less likely to leak. The reason it's there? These cars were made to be track ready, minus a cage. I'm fine with a non bladder tank for the street.

Did it have the indention others noted?

What did you do for the various gaskets needed?

Tom
Tom, I just traced my old gaskets onto a sheet of cork gasket and cut them out.
