If that is real; how damn stupid can you be?! WHY would you have the names of everybody listed under the figures? Do you want your kids to be abducted?!

I guess I am confused. How would showing the kids names on the back of their vehicle get them abducted?

Makes it easier for a stranger to befriend a child when they know their name: "Hey, Kaden, I work with your (insert parent) and he/she asked me to pick you up"

Just a couple quick questions, then back to the funnies:
Are there Any documented cases where a child was abducted due to having stick figure family and names on their vehicle?

Should people use fake names for their kids while they are in public, that way a stranger cannot here you call out their real name and make it easier for them to be abducted later?

Using a child's name in public exposes that detail to a far smaller number of people than does a name-tag on the back of the car. And that's kind of a ridiculous question, since most kidnappers are familiar with their targets, and I find it unlikely that any would admit during interrogation that they got the idea/plan for the kidnapping from a car decal. Nonetheless, it seems prudent to divulge as little information as possible about your children.

At the end of the day, the stick-figure decals are totally obnoxious, anyways. So even if they don't have the names listed, they have no place on a vehicle because they look awful.

I think it is just a matter of making yourself a hard target vs a soft target. The least amount of information out in the open on yourself and your family, the harder it is for someone to harm you or them.
