Here is the most recent pic of mine. The wife drives it more than I do.

That is how you change out the fluids, lol. No floor jack to mess with. Pull up the vehicle, undo the nut and put the bucket in. Must be so nice, lol.

I know it's late but I've been playing catch up with some of the picture threads.

If I wasn't dealing with damn near 4 gallons of oil it would be the easiest oil change ever.

Buy a gov issue 4x4 here is ours. Uncle Sam paid 132,000 and we got it for under 7k with 32k miles cat power with 7 speed Alison. More smiles by miles then you can imagine.

Where/how did you get it? That's awesome!

Search under LMTV or m1078 YouTube has some good vids. Government auction sites have them up for sale. We did gear change and seat mods to fit 4. We have had it for a couple years with no big issues.

Nice looking truck but $12k for 260,000 miles... yikes!

We just sold a 99' Lariat Crew Cab that I had sold the guy new. Owner was a self employed mechanic his entire life. Garage kept ruck with 100k on it and it sold for $15k.

But those 7.3 trucks bring big money so ya never know until you ask

Yeah I bet.

I'm still amazed with the power.

I said back in 11' that if they put the ecoboost motor in the truck and people would get over their V6 hangup we'd sell the crap out of them. Power AND decent fuel mileage. Plus the potential that motor has with modding is unreal.

Well sure enough they not only put the ecoboost in but a 450 hp version. That's why I had to buy one! Still can't believe the power of the truck.

My truck blows through the snow like nothing. My 13' FX4 I had would have been stuck countless times in the snow where this truck just drives right through.

Why do you think your old one would be stuck? The foot print of the new one being on bigger wider tires help the most?
