While I don't drive a Termi, my KB intercooler circuit is basically SVT parts. After many cheap ice downs at the strip I've got some serious flow issues. What are you guys doing to clean the system? I ran a white vinegar only through it for a day before having my local Rad shop reverse blast the system with his high PSI/water air gun and got some of the chloresterol out but not enough. Can I safely step up to Say, CLR? LMK what you guys have done without removing the intercooler/heat exchanger to get my flow back.
Thanks for reading!

While i don't have this problem I was planning to use ice at the track and wonder if anyone else has heard of this. I was also planning on running water and water wetter for some of the summer months.

CLR has always been a perfect solution to calcium build up. It dissolves it without harming ANY metal I have even gotten it on. I've even used it in engine blocks. I get it in gallon jugs at Walmart. And don't forget that you can keep it and reuse it if it isn't too dirty.

I've used CLR to unblock a few heater cores, copper and aluminum both. Worked really well with no issues. Don't see why an intercooler would be any different. Should work.
