  1. I recently picked up a 2013 5.0, it has a full exhaust and a JLT CAI. I was told it has some suspension mods too but I haven't checked that yet.

I'm looking for a handheld tuner, leaning towards a SCT.
And a tune, leaning towards VMP.
I'm looking for a good, safe tune.

The car was is not a DD or track car.

    Recommendedations for:
    Programmer
    Tune: VMP, Steeda or AED

    Thanks

You could go with any of the big name tuners and be fine. Personally I prefer the ngauge vs SCT. Much nicer, easier to conceal in a ac vent too.

I've heard good things about Lund, VMP, Palm Beach Dyno, and AED. You most likely won't go wrong picking between any of them.

Thats my non-biased opinion btw, I don't have either of their tunes, only going off what I see everyone in the community say about about them.

Like said above the ngauge is probably the best one, but I don't run it. I'm still on the sct x3. Buying the sctx4 for my new car. I recommend Lund tuning. Tunes are pot on from them and I have no complaints. Good luck!

SCT X4 handheld. Simple relatively cheap and easy to use. Lund tune if you don't feel like datalogging, AED if you want to datalog, both are powerful and feel great

I use AED and love it. As 9TMAREEE said, you'll have to data log, which requires a windows laptop, but its really not that bad and you'll probably learn a little bit about your car in the process. AED will use SCT X4

I know this Tuner goes both ways with a lot of poeple but I've got the BAMA sf4/x4 v2. It's worked out great for me so far. I just datalogged it and everything is looking good.
