To let you guys know, I got my gt500 back after the crash and thanks to you guys I am claiming diminished value. After several quotes I should be getting about $5600 diminished value for my 2009.

Stripes go on in a month, have to wait on paint to cure.

I have been looking at doing a few things to the Shelby. What do you guys think about gloss black wheels on a Torch red gt500 with white stripes? Cant find any good pictures on the internet of it. Currently I have the stock silver wheels. Let me know what you guys think.

On another note, Ive had the H cutout that the Shelby performance team made, but I cant decide if I like the X or if I should try the H with the KR mufflers. What do you guys think? I like the popping on de accel because I cant find another exhaust that does it similar to the 2011 roush mufflers. Maybe you guys have some ideas. Thank you in advance, you guys are awesome.

Brad

Black wheels can go either way. I have my MT DRs mounted on some black 15" LMRs and it looked pretty good with the white stripes, but the stock SVTPP wheels in dark charcoal look reeeally good.

Good to hear! Sometimes I kind of wish I had gone with the torch red cause I saw a really good picture of one with black wheels and the 13-14 tail light and style and it was extremely sexy. The black actually compliments the bright colors well.

I had gloss black wheels with brushed aluminum lips on my Torch Red '05 GT. It looked fantastic.

Sounds good guys. Might go with the gloss black wheels. Still trying to find the perfect exhaust combo.

I have kr mufflers and nothing else. Dont want the car to be super loud, corsa sounds pretty good but with what combo? H pipe cutout installed on stock x ? Do Headers increase exhaust sound volume? Thanks guys

From my experience Long tube headers will give you more power but the volume level should be the same. You cant go wrong with magnaflow if you want performance but don't want it to be obnoxious loud. Corsa's could be very obnoxious depending on what model you go with. I have magnaflows that should be arriving today that I'm pairing with a lethal performance O/R X pipe cause the SLP's that I have now are waayyyy too loud and raspy for my liking. My last two mustangs had O/R X pipes with mags and they were so sexy and I got compliments all the time. Cant get any better IMO. I will post videos when installed.

Corsa sports sound great with the stock exhaust, with long tubes they can be a bit obnoxious at wide open. But they have zero drone when cruising at pretty much any speed. Maybe even less than oem. I have a set I took off when I switched to the 2013 rear if you're interested.

Got my magnaflow comps installed with a lethal performance O/R X pipe. It's glorious!! It's so tame in low rpm getting up to spend but when I bury my foot it's like Zeus himself is pissed off. And NO DRONE. I now I have less drone than with my factory catted midpipe and slp's

Got a video? Only concern with o/r x is that I have emissions where I live.. thats what stops me from a lot of the setups

Figured it out. So the nice thing is that it's really not all that hard to swap the pipes. Just a couple bolts and clamps and some elbow grease to wiggle it off and on. The audio isn't great on these videos but it should give you an idea.

OP, would you fail a visual inspection with headers and the factory cats custom installed?

Well the guy that has always done my emissions just looks under the car but as long as it passed he just gives me the slip and thats that. So I am not really sure what all I could get away with

Sounds mean, Pride! Thanks for sharing that clip.
Huge fan of your guys' work! I have had your exhaust systems all 3 of my Mustangs and I'm hoping to replace my rusted out Jeep exhaust with one yours as well. Thank you for the amazing products. Life time customer.
