I had to go look up the difference between their normal sleeves and the MID ones. I was thinking the shop gutted the block on accident. LOL. Learn something new everyday.

What made your decision on 92.5 vs going all out at 94.5 or 95mm?

Would be curious to know what the weight difference is. Looks like their normal dry sleeves add about 20 pounds to the block.

Makes sense, your already gaining .3 of a liter.

If you get a chance to weigh the block before assembly I would be curious to know what the actual gain is.

This might be a better option for the dollars vs going with an alum 5.8 block. You can shed off some of the weight gain by going tubular up front.

I thought the same thing when I first saw the pics. This is a badass build.

On my way to work I was actually wondering if you had any updates. Block looks good can't wait to see how it turns out.
