If he hasn't removed the I/C adapter bolts it won't move. Haha. Read a how to on blower removal before you damage anything.
My whole thought while reading this thread. Op already stated he hadnt removed those bolts....lol unbolt lower with blower bolted on, lift up and unbolt the i/c bolts, set back down and unbolt blower and boom. Using a crowbar to try and pry off the blower is a nono

Take the lower intake loose, lift on the snout, prop the blower snout up on a piece of wood, then remove the IC adapter and tubes.

While you have it propped up, try your prying and hopefully gravity will help separate the two.

Good luck!

+. Remove IC adaptor up front, then lightly tap the lower screw bosses with a hammer to free it up.

I was dying when you got autocorrected to desalination....hahahaha. I did product development on resins for composites for years and knew exactly what you meant, but was laughing a little too hard. Damn phones.
Yeah lmao and I will hit the send button without looking every time. I have seen many new Aircraft Mechanics trash a composite panel trying to remove laminate or a sealed on bracket with a heat gun. We even had it added to boeing maintenance manuals and vendor component maintenance manuals. So take it for what it's worth. But there is no way they used Grey Permatex or it would come off with a little heat and some elbow grease or there is still some hardware holding it on as well. But like I said with a very strong adhesive dry ice will freeze it making the adhesive so brittle it flakes off. I can get it at work but a lot of local bakeries sell it maybe even Wal-Mart.

One of the best recommendations in this thread is for the OP to find and read a good "how to remove the blower". Not only will it ensure you have no hardware remaining that needed to be removed, but you'll see the proper way to remove it. I wouldn't do anything else at this point until you're absolutely clear on the removal steps. And don't attempt any short cuts. Do it right! JMO.

Hey I did get the blower off, all the info in this thread made is possible so I thank you guy it's always a little hard removing something you didn't install. I ended up removing the lower and tilting it up to remove the IC adapter and then removing the blower from the mounting plate. This seemed the easier and I'm glad I did it that way, had to wait until I could get another buddy over. Now I have to decide if I want to keep the 2.8, go 3.4 or keep it sane and do a TVS
