Redfire powder coating (Cam covers)

I pulled my cam covers to powder coat (Redfire) & looking for info on the name or color code for the PC guys used as some are very close to Redfire.

Also wondering if you did a clear PC on top & did you mask off so the inside did not get covered.

As to the clear coat and masking, in my experience the clear coating dull's down the gloss a good bit. I normally don't use clear powder coat unless someone specifically asks for it. And yes, you need to mask off the undersides of the covers and plug the oil filler and PCV ports.

I did get some info on a color that is close, actually 2 colors. (Illusion Cherry & Soft Red Candy)
I was also told that they require a chrome base coat.

This one does require a clear coat.

The outfit that is doing my PC has a call into the supplier for info, when he gets it I will post.

I like that Soft Red Candy! Looks like it would blend nicely with Redfire.

I like those colors, but miss the metal flake. I didn't care for the Illusion Cherry with the silver sparkle, it looked too sparkle I though. In for PC color options too.
