I had one before and would love another one, however with a kid due in a few months I'm starting to get more into 4-door cars.

I did 495rwhp with a halltech intake, American racing long tubes and a tune. 600rwhp with heads, cam, intake

Best part is that 500rwhp on a c6z is like 600rwhp on a shelby, give or take a few.

They are pure sex in person. The width and low height of the car give it an insane presence.

Like streetassasain said 600 rwhp with a fairly aggressive cam and all bolt ons.
Mine was 600rwhp 555rwtq. Same bolt ons and a very mild cam the car made 550rwhp/515rwtq.
I got into track days and that power level puts the reliability into question so I sold it and got an S2000.
Also the LS7 that the C6 Z06 has aa known issue with the heads though. Something to do with the push rod guides wear out causing the car to drop a valve. Seems like a bunch of people just get head work to avoid that issue arising.

It might be old, but just like the 03/04 cobra, it crushed many feelings (to include Ford's supercar the GT), it still crushes feelings today.

I'm well aware of the car back then and now. Really has nothing to do with my comment though. Why did he skip over the C7 Z06? I haven't seen people really LUST over 03/04 - C6Z06s. They pop up occasionally but it's not really stuff that makes headlines.

Do all years of the c6 z06 have the valve problem? I thought I read somewhere that it was just the first couple years.
