I have it but not installed. The gauge its self is heavy and seems pretty solid built. Has thick wire guard and good functions Subd for results.. i also have the ethonal gauge. Im curious on the accuracy of that one as well

I've got one in my car, but just the box, no gauge.

Not entirely sure what the previous owner was trying to do...will have it hooked up to a gauge this summer.

I'd do some research and see if the wideband requires fresh air calibration, if it does I'd say pass. Innovates can be very fussy and can require fresh air calibrations often.

It really sucks to have to pull your wideband out of your car to do the calibration.

I personally run a Zeitronix that I bought from LaSota Racing, its the best wideband I've had so far.

My mtx l shit the bed really quickly, the actual gauge itself actually crapped out in roughly 2-3 months started flashing and reading incorrectly until it would shut off completely. Aem uego now and haven't had an issue since. Will never go back to innovate.

Honestly it worked awesome at first and I liked it, but then it just started to freak out and the readings would basically strobe until it wasn't readable. I called innovate and they said once the firmware becomes corrupt its basically going to keep doing it until it no longer works.

I went ahead and ordered the AEM unit. It seems like they are more reliable and well known.

My AEM had a ton of fluctation that my zeitronix doesn't have. At WOT the AEM might fluctuate .5-.75 of a point, the zeitronix on the same tune is within a few .1-.2 tops.

I had one and yes it requires free air calibration. As me how I know I've done it at least 30 times while it was in my car.

It is super fussy and I constantly had problems with it. (Error messages).

Spoke to in innovate multiple times and they had me rewire the entire thing at least 3 times. They kept saying it was a bad install, not enough voltage, blah blah.

I finally got fed up and took it out. Changed to aem and it does not require free air calibration and has worked flawlessly.

Thank you for the input on the innovate. It seems many people have issues with this WB. I would advise anyone NOT to buy the innovate brand.

After reading many reviews it appears the AEM 30-4110 is a great unit for the price (about $180).

I got turned off of the Innovate widebands some 10+ years ago. The heater and free air calibrations are a major PITA and they are so fussy and require it all the time. You're in the middle of working on the car and suddenly have to jack the thing up and get the wideband sensor out of the exhaust and do the stupid free air calibration and then get it back in. That alone made me want to burn it. 10+ years ago I was dealing with Innovate widebands failing, sending them back for repair / replacement and looking above I see guys are still experiencing that today with their products.

The Zeitronix mike referenced above is one of the best consumer grade units we can get. Beyond that are the high end commercial and lab grade units.

For an excellent cost effectiveness / performance unit I've had great luck with the dynojet wideband 2 units. You need to source a gauge (SpeedHut is amazing).

I had their older LC1 and it worked well with my aeroforce gauges. I installed the pushbutton for calibration. I calibrated it once a month for peace of mind even though the readings never drifted. I did not pull the 02 sensor when calibrating either. I either did it before starting the car or while decelerating in gear on the highway(fuel cutoff). I replaced it with a PLX wideband because it self calibrates and i can patch it into my plx obd2 device to get A/F info in the torque app.

I still have my LC1 and it's for sale but it probably needs a new 02 sensor after a few years of running it.
