This is a utility I have been developing slowly over the years. There are several sheets within the workbook. Start with the Overview - Instructions sheet.

I do stay busy with the day job, but I will answer questions about it periodically and may even do some addition requests.

In summary, this may make your life easier when working on a cal. Requires Excel 2010 or higher for full functionality. File attached below.

Steve, I have told you several times how helpful this sheet has been for me! I have taken the numbers this sheet spits out, put them in the tune, and with some minor fueling adjustments it's spot on. For a novice tuner, this thing is like magic.

I do have one minor problem and maybe there is a fix? If I go to the HPX tab and copy say the 3.5" meter data and paste it into the main tab, if I go and try to change the tube diameter then, it does not make any corrections. It seems that once you paste the data in, no other tube size corrections can be made. It's a not a totally big deal as I can do it on HPX's sheet and then put it in, but just an FYI. Not sure that can be corrected. Thanks man! Tony

Hey Tony, I am aware of that one. The tube size is set up for the stock slot sensor only on the calculation. I will probably change this in a future revision.

Bump

125 downloads so far. Looking for any feedback or requests. I think I have most of the popular MAF combos and fuel injectors covered.

I just downloaded it really quick to check it out. I'll look at it more in depth after work. Seems like a really nice tool. Thank you very much.

Thanks 03Steve, really helped me understand the maf x function in relationship to maf area. Knowing my maf function baseline and maf dia, made it easy to figure out the change in values with a 148mm Maf! Much appreciated

Wow! That's incredibly generous of you to share something that must have taken a lot of time and resources to put together. I know nothing about tuning but it has always fascinated me. Will definitely look @ this closer and see if I can build my knowledge on tuning. Thanks again & cheers!

I just wanted to double check. In this excel document the injector low slope is higher than the injector high slope. Is this correct?

Steve, are the curves listed under the MAF sections the factory curves? They're not scaled until the info is posted on the first page correct?

Very silly question. Does this work with the 2013/14 GT500 MAF?

Steve, I’ve used your spreadsheet for years now, since I’m constantly upgrading or bastardizing things, and it’s been an incredible help and great for reference and back checking my calcs. Thank you

This is one of those "bumps" of an older thread that is good for the self-tuning community. Steve did a great job on it back in 2016. I'm wondering if he's had any updates since then. The download is for version 1402.
