It seems SAI is desperate to make sales lately with these "new" realeases that are just the same model with a different letter at the end of GT.

Maybe it'll be a Turlingua. Is this really going to be a SAI car or a Shelby from Ford? That promo pic has Ford's teaser pic of the GT350.

Considering this is at Barrett Jackson and not the North American International Auto Show (Detroit) I highly doubt it is a Ford product.

Additionally, if Ford had technical issues or whatever and couldn't be ready for NAIAS, Chicago Auto Show is just around the corner.

If it is like anything else from Shelby lately it is just a production Mustang with some extra lipstick. None of the add-ons show in Ford cataloging. The owners have tantrums just like Saleen and Roush owners when we tell them the car didn't leave the factory with all of those stickers and emblems on the car.
If it really did, like a Cobra or a 07-14 GT500, the cataloging will show everything.

Literally a GT with bolt ons and Shelby name stuck over everything like 10 times. Pathetic path they have gone. They could have been a little more creative since it was the 50th anniversary addition. Like a custom front and rear bump or a widebody, or interior. Literally just magazine shopped from American Muscle and built a Supercharged 650hp Mustang GT for $32,000!!!

You could do so much more with $32k than what they did. They didn't even say how much extra the 750hp version would cost. Probably on stock OPGs too.

I just threw up.

LOL at the video. Like they are actually doing something interesting...gimme a break.

Anybody else especially hate how Shelby includes those stupid mesh grills? They totally destroy any depth the front of that poor GT already had...SMH

Ever since in the early 2000's when Carroll Shelby Children's Foundation got got called out for giving something like 1% of what they took in of the multi million dollars I could care less if he built a vette killer that cost less than a loaded mustang gt.

The GT500 Super Snake, while still overpriced, was pretty badass.

Seeing yet another GT based 'Super Snake' seems sacrilegious...

Does the Shelby team ever just feel embarrassed? Or are they laughing all the way to the bank?

They could care less, all they care about is the money nowadays. Don't get me wrong I'm a huge 07 to 14 Shelby super snake fan and I built my own. But the 15 up super snakes are just unoriginal as could be.

I'm surprised to see that they offer the car with an automatic. That's what their 10.9 quarter mile time is based off of along with the 750hp package
