help on Lightning Conversion

I need some help on doing a lightning conversion on my 1999 F-250 Light Duty. Any help and pictures would help out a lot. I would also like to know if any one out there in SVT land can help with parts.

I have done the swap and can help with any questions and perhaps some of the parts. Is this a full swap? What transmission are you going to use? L computer? Or retune old?
