These sounds just don't sound normal or right to me. What do you think?
The clicking/tapping in this^ video only happens when the car is warmed up

I wouldnt say its not the motor but i cant see it being the injectors. Ive never heard any injectors that noisy outside of an old diesel.

Have you pulled the belt(s) yet? Your blower RPM is a touch higher than mine but you have some whining going on that I dont. Wondering if something on the front of the engine is making the noise.

The speed/rhythm suggests top end to me but I would do the following:
Pull the blower belt and run it
pull the acc belt and run it.
get a mechanics stethoscope and trace the sound down. use both the metal tip and the open tube method.

The first video sounds like loud injectors. Must be pumping a crap ton of fuel through there if thats the cause.

I could be 100% wrong here, in which case I have an issue too. But I am pretty sure in the first video that is the injectors. Mine never made that noise and once I installed larger injectors with a Fore return system, the noise was there. Took a mechanic's stethoscope and put it on each injector and it sounds like a ****ing cannon going off in your ears. They are pretty damn noisy compared to the stock / slightly larger ones. If you find out that it is something else, PM me.

The 2nd video sounds like something different than the first, though.

As stated above, first one sounds like injectors, I wouldnt worry myself too much with that one. However the second one is a bit more alarming. How does it change with RPM?

I have pulled the belts and the noise was still there. I even replaced some idler bearings for the inner belt. I will buy a mechanics stethoscope and see what that reveals.

does it clean up at a little higher rpm?
or consistently get louder with rpm ?

It seems to clean up at higher rpm's. Pretty much can't hear it at higher rpm's but as soon as the motor goes back to idle speed it's there. Doesn't sound like it's at the same speed as the motor.

Seems to fade with higher rpm.

What's kind of clutch do you have? Twin disk?

First video sounds completely normal. Injectors. Second video was harder to tell, initially sounded like something was off but hard to tell. You already removed the blower belt and that didn't change it so I'd suggest the stethoscope next and narrow down where its coming from.

I plan on picking one up today. The 2nd video kinda sounds like it's the timing chains making the noise but it's weird that it's only there after warming up and goes away with rpm's

Yesterday I bought the stethoscope and listened when the sound was and wasn't there. Nothing changed, motor sounded the same on both. Even had a friend bring his cobra over to compare and both motors sounded alike.
