I am in the process of finishing my 4.6 NA aluminator engine. I got a killer deal on it. I wanted to build a motor with a little less compression for the supercharger, but it was so cheap, I couldnt pass it up! I have an eaton swap kit and all I need is the injectors and a maf sensor. The eaton I have has a 2.76 pulley on it. I have an upgraded intercooler and upgraded heat exchanger that came with it. With a good tune would it be safe to run the 2.76 pulley with 10:1 compression with forged internals? Should I get a bigger pulley? If I can safely run the 2.76, what injectors would be ideal? I have the stock 03 cobra dual fuel pumps and the hat. Would a boost a pump be necessary with the 2.76? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

get the stock corba injector there 39lb there blue they can tune up to 500hp
go on the 03/04 cobra forum and you can get theme for a good deal and for the mass buy one on american muscle that can be tune.

Thanks for the advice Serge. Ok, I got the 39 lb injectors on the way, I have the cobra fuel pump & hat with a stock mach fuel tank, sct2600 "big air" MAF on the way. 2.76 pulley on non ported eaton m112. LFP extreme intercooler, LFP dual pass heat exchanger. Metco idler pulley. As I stated above, this engine I have is a new ford racing aluminator 4.6 N/A with 10:1 compression ratio. This engine is meant for naturally aspirated applications BUT has forged cobra crank, forged manley rod with ARP rod bolts, and forged mahle flat top pistons. It has terminator resurfaced heads with ARP studs and cometic head gasket that was already on when I got it. Could I run the above set up on the N/A aluminator safely on 93 octane with a GOOD tune? E85 is hard to come by locally, I would always have to drive a good ways to get it and dont want to have to do all of that... Will I need a Boost a pump, or am I good with just the cobra pump and hat, sct2600 MAF, and the 39 lb injectors? This is just going to be a street car. Thanks in advance for any other insight....

you could probably run it but on pump gas it probably wouldnt be any faster than a stock bottom end eaton swap car. now if you ran e85 thatd be a whole different story

My best advice is find a donor 03/04 cobra or find a guy going turbo. It's easy if you have all the parts. I built on an aluminator short block at the same time and dropped it all in. Once I upgrade my exhaust the tuner said I should make 500 to the tires. I'm running a 2.76 pulley on a high compression motor all forged
