I am new to posting on the forum but often go through threads and get great info from all u guys that really know your stuff. i was hoping someone might be able to help with my issue. i cannot start my 99 cobra. i have full fuel pressure, it cranks over but will not start. obviously i started to troubleshoot the ignition system. put new plugs in (old ones had a lot of carbon buildup, im definitely running rich) and tested the coil packs and have a charged battery. im lead to believe it is a ignition control module issue but i can not find an ignition control module where it is normally located instead i can only find what i have attached a picture of below.. i have a few other odd electric issues, would a faulty ground effect it starting but not the accesory power?? i appreciate any feed back!:(
..if it makes a difference the car is far from stock and has a kenne bell on it among much else. boost a pump, no boost a spark

You can try and put the gas pedal to the floor. I have been told that turns off the fuel injectors...so maybe overly rich condition?
I had a fuel pump issue where the car would start for a few seconds and then die...You sound like you know what your doing but double check all the COPs are firmly seated???

Spitballing here....

I'd verify the plug are definitely not firing, remove a coil keep it plugged in (but KEEP sparkplug in the head don't light your car on fire like that video...) and give it a ground path while cranking.

Did you change anything right before the problem? Using a properly programmed key? Is the anti-theft light acting strange?
