So, I live in Mississippi, and own a 2005 Yamaha YZ125. I was looking at a universal enduro lighting kit to try and make it street legal to putt around on. I know the 2-stroke engine is not built for this constant RPM, but I am just trying to see if it can be done.

I know this has probably been discussed, and forgive me if it has. I was looking at some cheap 15x10" wheels, with a 6.00" backspacing. I know I might have to grind the tie rod some, but other than that, is there any problems of fitting these wheels on the IRS? Low profile IRS bolt needed...
I think I remember a while back reading you should not mix slicks and street tires. By this, I mean running street tires up front and some slicks out back. Is this correct, or does it not really matter? Thanks!

What do you guys have the shifter handle seated at? I have mine way up on that little shaft, as I believe it might give more leverage. Is it better like this, or should I seat it a the way down until the stopping point on the shaft? Thanks!
