Thanks for the replies! Another question for you guys. Should I add the 2# in form of a smaller upper or a 2lb lower?
I already have a metco lower hub. The price for a lower and upper is the same price.
Also this was on a very stingy mustang dyno, I wonder what it would make on a dyno jet.
Has anyone measured boost drop before and after long tubes installation? I want to pulley down to maintain the current boost of 18psi, just dont know if I should add 1 or 2 lbs back in. I've searched and can't find any answers.
Setup is 2.65 gen3 TVS
Dragon tb
3.3 upper only
ARH 1 3/4 LTH 3in...
I'd definitely stud the crank if you keep the 3.4. Also oil pump gears.
Did I miss the reason your tearing it apart in the first place?

What about installing it back on the car? How tight should you torque the big allen bolt to?

Thanks for the replies, ya I had to put the stock lower on because even with the biggest upper the gen 3 is said to make 18 psi. I'll be on pump until I do a fuel system for e85 next year

Like the title says, has anyone ever ran a stock lower with metco 3.2 alt pulley? I put my stock lower back on due to getting a gen 3 tvs.
Just wondering if it will undercharge or if spinning it slower may actually be better?
Thanks

They said they start shipping them on the 22nd. I didn't realize they were out of stock on the gt500 elbows, seems most people are going to be using it. I ordered the dragon elbow since I already have that tb

OP don't forget that the windshield washer reservoir is on the drivers side too, so that limits room. Having had an intake on both sides, i think there's less drama on the passenger side. Not to mention that you have a huge hole for cool air already on the passenger side...
