Installing a reman engine with 0 miles into a '03 Expedition. Engine builder says just put 5w20 conventional in and change it with new filter at 500 miles. No need for anything but conventional 5w20 he says. What do the omniscient posters of SVTP say?

Like title says, recommend an oil for fairly normal street use in AZ. Car has .525" lift roller cam, AFR heads, catted, fuel injected, 5 speed, stock A9L computer. Break in already done with conventional oil.
