  • I say "you guys" dont respect your customers because that is exactly what happened. I was treated like shit and I dont appreciate it. Therefore, I told people of my experience so they don't have to be mistreated as well and I simply took my business elsewhere. I'm glad to hear you found someone capable of answering a phone and communicating information...Its a rather good investment if you plan to give your customers a good experience.
