So what does 1 coil cut off equal?...1.5 or 2 inches?...i want 2 inches, how much do I cut off?

I'm planning to go with 11inch wide rims for the rear,....my question is what would the offset be for deepest look on my rims without rubbing the inner wall of the tire on my terminator?
